Terms and conditions for both nature house and guestrooms

Reservations can be made by email via the reservation form. If the period you reserved is available, you will receive a confirmation with the payment details. You pay an advance of 35% of the rental amount within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation. After payment of the advance, the booking is final. By paying you indicate that you accept the rental terms. The remaining amount is paid 6 weeks before arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire rental price must be paid at once.

All rates are listed in euros and include tap water, electricity, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, final cleaning and during the “heating season” the pellets for the stove.

Payments are not refundable. You can cover the risk by taking out a cancellation insurance. If we can rent out the booked and cancelled period in whole or in part, the remaining amount will be refunded to you after deduction of the costs or discounts.

The guest room or nature house is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. If this causes problems because of your travel schedule, we can make other arrangements.

The pool can be used during the high season. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. B&B Quinta Vale Porcacho is not liable for accidents in and around the pool.

Before you arrive, the room or nature house has been cleaned. The rooms are cleaned daily. During the stay in the in the nature house, you must keep it clean and dispose of waste, bottles and paper yourself.

If you have any complaints, we would appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible so that they can be resolved. The trip to our destination and your stay at Quinta Vale Porcacho is at your own risk.

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance. We are not responsible for any accidents and cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of your property. The use or entry of the guest room, nature house, terraces, garden and swimming pool is your responsibility.
