Culinary holiday in Portugal

The culinary package introduces you to the gastronomy of the Beiras in three different ways. We have selected two restaurants that are characteristic of the Beiras , both in terms of dishes and the wines of the Dão.

In the first restaurant, you will visit the domain’s wine cellar followed by a dinner. Appropriate house wines from the Dao are served with the dishes. The restaurant is well known in the region and has an atmospheric classical décor.

Restaurant two is a typical family restaurant where mum rules in the kitchen. The local dishes are tastefully prepared and made from fresh produce. The house wine is served with the dishes.

Finally, our chef Antero serves a three-course dinner. Antero has a strong preference for the local dishes of the Beiras and makes as much use as possible of organic products from our own vegetable garden.
